Our Endless Summer never ends! Especially since The Elovators are taking the stage this season! And all of us here at Greenfield Lake Amphitheater — Wilmington’s lush, lakeside gem and one of North Carolina’s most stunning open-air venues—are beyond thrilled to welcome The Elovaters to our stage this fall. On Tuesday, November 12th, the Boston-based band is bringing their 2025 Staring at the Sun Tour to town for what promises to be one of the most feel-good, heart-forward nights of the year. Whether you’re a longtime fan or just dipping your toes into the world of modern reggae-rock, this show is a must for anyone chasing joy, rhythm, and an unforgettable night under the stars.
The Elovaters have spent the better part of the last decade carving out their own warm-weathered, beach-soaked space in the American reggae scene. What started in Boston’s South Shore as a hometown project quickly became something so much bigger — touring across the country, releasing a steady stream of sun-drenched records like Defy Gravity, Castles, and most recently Endless Summer, and collaborating with heavyweights like Stick Figure, Slightly Stoopid, and Pepper. With frontman Jackson Wetherbee’s signature vocals and a band full of seasoned, high-energy players behind him, The Elovaters have become one of the most consistently exciting live acts in the genre today.
But Staring at the Sun isn’t just another tour. It marks a real milestone for the band—a celebration of how far they’ve come and where they’re headed next. After years of DIY hustle, late nights, and genre-blurring experimentation, The Elovaters are stepping confidently into their prime. The music is bolder, the fanbase is growing faster than ever, and the vibes? Immaculate. This tour is a love letter to the road, to their fans, and to the community that’s grown around their sound. And with special guest Coyote Island opening the night, it’s a stacked evening from start to finish.
So bring your favorite crew, grab a drink from the bar, and get ready to dance barefoot on the lawn. We’ve got the lake, the music, and all the good energy you could ask for. Tickets are on sale now — and trust us, you don’t want to miss this one. We’ll see you on November 12th for a night of pure Elovaters magic.
